It is possible for kids with cystic fibrosis to live a near normal live and keep the disease under control.

Through illustrations the reader follows Kory through one day of his life from when he wakes up in the morning and have his medication till the time he falls asleep at night.

My thoughts

I found this book really informative and read it together with my 3 kids. The explanation given about cystic fibrosis  together with the illustrations makes it easy for  even a young child to understand. It is a good tool to help explain this disease to a child and get them to understand how it is possible for kids with cystic fibrosis to lead normal lives.
Having learned about the amount of medication that Kory had to take on a daily basis they  are even more thankful that they are healthy and treasure their health even more now.
