Refreshing Flowers
A few weeks ago when I was at the Flower Dome I spotted these other blooms. It was really interesting to see different shades of purple within one flower. The veins of the flower can be clearly seen in the picture above as it is in a deeper shade of purple as compared to the petals.
Looking at this light purple bloom made me thinking about a pom pom. There are multiple petals that come together like a ball in this flower giving it a really unique 3-D appearance.
This was one of the cherry blossom that I spotted among the displays. It looks similar to a chrysanthemum flower with its multiple petals all up in a ball.
Roses are one of my favourite flowers to capture. I love the ruffles in their petals and that each petal adds to the volume of the flower.
The classic red rose with a bud that was slowly opening. Red roses are the most commonly found roses in a florist as it is widely used to represent love. I personally prefer pink, blue or even orange roses as I find them more unique and attractive to the eye.
This particular rose has a circular pattern and looks like a funnel. I can see how lovely these flowers will look in a vase on the coffee table.
