I found this book to be an interesting read and the steps given by Frank are really easy to follow. It all boils down to having the correct mindset in order to achieve what we wish to obtain. It is all in the mind and once that we can overcome this obstacle we will be able to lead better lives.

The steps enumerated are methods that teaches the mind to be optimistic. I think we can conquer anything when applying the steps mentioned above. It must be great to read the book, Dominique 🙂

Those are great tips, but like others say it’s the doing it part that’s hard. Negative thoughts are really tough to fight.

I bet stress and weight gain are connected. I really need help on the Step 3. I have recently transferred to a division where the people are so negative that going to work everyday is such a chore!
