My Thoughts
I like how this step by step activity book helps you work through your inner demons and give solutions on how to curb procrastination. I personally have been procrastinating a lot when it comes to doing regular exercise. I am still far from my ideal weight and through reading this book I was able to identify my triggers for procrastinating in this area. Now that I am more informed about why I feel such way I am sure that I can block myself from procrastinating again and be able to reach my goal weight.
