Wordless Wordful Wednesday

Kids Bites

Doggie boy and his steak

Doggie boy and his steak

The kids really can eat nowadays. Each time we go out I need to order 4 adult portions so that everyone will be able to get their fill. As the kids age they get more adventurous and willing to try out different foods. Doggie boy now is less resistant to different types of meats and is willing to eat steak when we dine out.

Pancakes and maple syrup

There are restaurants like TCC which offer whole day breakfasts. I find this a bonus when dining out with the kids as they sometimes do request for the weirdest foods for lunch.

At one period of time Tiger girl was constantly requesting to eat pancakes/ waffles at any time of the day. Having them for lunch that day certainly made her extremely happy.

spaghetti bolognese

spaghetti bolognese

Spaghetti  Bolgnese is a dish which the boys and me love.  It’s fast to cook and also very filling for the tummy.

Hawaiian Pizza

Hawaiian Pizza

The Hawaiian Pizza from Lenas is one of the best pizzas that we have tasted so far.  The kids love ordering pizza from this restaurant and can easily finish 2 large pizzas for a meal.

What have your kids been eating lately?

Racing Around the Track

Race Track

Last weekend we brought the kids to Bottle Tree Park as Monkey boy wanted to test out his remote control car on the track.  We have told him that his remote control drift car was a little bit too small to travel around such a track but he didn’t  believe us. We decided to let him experience for himself to see first hand how suitable his car was for this type of track.

Tiger girl cheering

The lone supporter cheering on Monkey boy as he raced his car around the track solo.  It was a good thing that the track was not in used when we were there or else his car wouldn’t be able to make it around the whole track without being edged out by the bigger cars.

Are your kids into remote control cars too?
