Racing Around the Track
Last weekend we brought the kids to Bottle Tree Park as Monkey boy wanted to test out his remote control car on the track. We have told him that his remote control drift car was a little bit too small to travel around such a track but he didn’t believe us. We decided to let him experience for himself to see first hand how suitable his car was for this type of track.
The boys examining the car after it crashed out onto a dividing pit.
The lone supporter cheering on Monkey boy as he raced his car around the track solo. It was a good thing that the track was not in used when we were there or else his car wouldn’t be able to make it around the whole track without being edged out by the bigger cars.
Are your kids into remote control cars too?

We have bought remote control cars few times, once even was a ferrari! They never made it to the second week 🙁

@Rina,
many of the boys remote control cars don’t last long. However now as they are slightly older they have learned to take better care of them.

Those remote control cars are tough to maneuver! Glad your son had a chance to use his. 🙂

My little one is too small to care about them much yet, but the older two boys sure liked them in their younger days!

When you say kid, I know you meant husband..because that’s who is into RC cars in this house.
He tries to find a hobby shop everywhere we visit. he’s relentless.

I so know what you are talking about ha ha..when we got the Ferrari RC for the kids my husband was so protective he kept it on the shelf and didn’t allow them to play without him…oh well, still that poor RC car couldn’t make it to the second week lol!

I think you need to create a real remote control car outdoor track…kids would love it!

We gave our 4-year old one for Christmas but he still hasn’t quite gotten the hang of it. They are fun though! Even for mommies & daddies!

I have girls who are not into those remote racecars, which is weird because I sure did love playing with them when I was younger! Fun times!

It’s cute to know how insistent your son is… it only proves that he’s smart and nice of his younger sister to cheer for him 🙂
