Writers Workshop: Really a Professional Little Miss

She’s really a professional. I’m not kidding you. This little girl knows how to pose on cue. She loves to smile for the camera and is at ease having it clicking all around her.  She likes the attention  of having the camera focusing on her and giving her all the attention.

The camera doesn’t bother her and will not distract her from the tasks that she have engaged herself in. Having fun and enjoying herself is still  her first priority.

Don’t get into her space though as she is one feisty tiger. She won’t hesitate shoving you off and making a scene if she feels that you are encroaching on her area.  She has known the camera since she was born. What can I say, she is no longer a newbie. She’s really a professional

Do your kids like to ham it up for the camera too?

Do you take photos of them often?

Capturing Pink Blooms

These few weeks I have been investing in buying flowers. This week I invested in smaller blooms. I selected this bunch of pink blooms out of the selection of flowers on display at the supermarket.  Pink is one of Tiger girl’s favourite colour and she was thrilled to see the flowers in a vase when she came home from school.

If you are wondering what is on the base it is a drawing done by Tiger girl.  I incorporated her art work into the picture by using it as the base for the flower.. Doesn’t it really compliment the shot?

It has been interesting experimenting with different background for the composition of the shot. Maybe next week I should get the boys to come out with interesting background for my shots.

What have you been snapping lately?
