Exercising and Having Fun

Tiger girl enjoying herself on the slide at the playground
Going to the playground is one of the places which Tiger girl loves to go to. We are lucky to have five different playgrounds within walking distance from our house for her to select. There is even two exercise corners with one having machines specially for kids so they can exercise alongside their parents.

As you can see that the machines are easy enough for toddlers to handle them on their own. On the opposite side of the area are the exercise machines for adults so I can monitor her while exercising at the same time.

The exercise machines could not sustain her interest for that long and after a while she was fussing to go back to the playground for a round on the swings.
Are there playgrounds and/or exercise
corners near your house?

Yes, there’s playground near our house. But since it’s so hot and humid, it’s exhausting to go and play there. But I agree, it’s a fun way to do exercise. Maybe Daddy and I, together with Matt must go there atleast thrice a week. It’s a nice way to burn fats.

We have three playgrounds within in walking distance. When my daughter was younger, that would be a weekend activity, hanging out at the playground. Great place to have a playdate, too.

That is fantastic that there are safe playgrounds and exercise equipment for the kids and their parents. How wonderful! And, that you have 5 close by to choose from. Sounds like a fun and healthy lifestyle. She is very cute. 🙂

Hi! How are you doing? Your girl has grown! It looks like she’s learned to pose for mommy too. It’s so nice that you can take photos of her. My girl is a moving target@
Wishing you a nice day!

That is an awesome way to incorporate physical activities to little ones. They see it all as fun and play, not realizing that they are exercising and staying healthy.
Have a great rest of the week.

The park is so much fun. We took the kids to the park this weekend too. In fact, I shared a photo of them playing on my blog too.

You and your children are indeed very lucky to have very accessible playgrounds. I always wish there’s one near our place but sadly there is none.

I love how your playgrounds look cool (literally) and safe to use! We have a playground in our village, but I’m not sending Yuri to play there because the equipment are all metal and can be really hot to the touch, not to mention rusty.

That looks fabulous! I wish there was some nice stuff like this in our district as well… there are a few but not so cool things ‘n tools like above, I wish my little toddler won’t find out that she needs ’em:)

We visit the park quite often during the spring, summer and fall!

she seems to love the park, & that is a good idea to have the adult exercise machines next to the kids too 🙂
