Macaroni and Sausages on a Friday

Macaroni
Chicken Macaroni soup is something that I enjoy eating on a cold day. This is a dish that the kids too would enjoy eating as the macaroni is easy to digest for young kids as they do not need to chew a lot.

Sausage and Mash potato
This is another dish which the kids and I love to eat. Sausage and mash potato. It is actually quite easy to make and I have cooked such a dish at home for the kids to eat at times.
Which of the two dishes would you prefer to eat?

I’d like to try the sausage and mashed potato. Did you just fry the sausage? What was the sauce? 🙂

@Meikah,
We ate the dish outside and I didn’t cook it. If I was cooking it I would saute some onions first and add some flour to make a gravy for it.

@Ceemee,
mash potato is really easy to make at home. I make it all the time for the kids
-peeled potatoes that are boiled
– add in milk
– add in butter
– (optional) garlic salt
then mix to the consistency and taste that you want.
it only takes about 30 min.
Try it.. you love it.. beats those store bought or powdered(add water) mash.
