Egg Benedict and Fries

Eggs Benedict
I love eating eggs for breakfast. Scramble eggs, half boil eggs or even sunny side up. It is not often that I get the chance to eat Eggs Benedict when I am out as not many places do offer this selection. I do know how to make Eggs Benedict as I attended a couple cooking class with R last year and was taught how to make it. Unfortunately I haven’t really tried it out at home as yet.

Fries
The kids really love fries and with our new air fryer there is more opportunity to make our own chips at home. I love the chips with mayo at NYDC. It is really yummy as it is sprinkled with paprika and salt. I should really make this one of these days at home.
What have you been thinking of eating this week?

@Linnor,
I’m reviewing the Philips XL air fryer.. will reveal more on the blog in months to come. The product will only be launched in Singapore this December 🙂 Really don’t need oil to cook a lot of dishes or just brush some oil on the surface is enough..really much healthier.

I’ve been thinking of eating a local way of cooking vegetable from where I’m hailed here in the Philippines. It’s called utan bisaya. But i’m now craving for that egg benedict. 🙂

An air fryer that does not need oil or just a minimal amount. Now that is healthy. I’d like to know more about this, and looking forward to your product review.

I’ve been eating healthier now. I am concentrating on avoiding fast-food, junkfoods and soda. I hope this will be for good.

I eat healthier when the husband is not home. It’s a fight with him sadly to not stop at fast food joints, gas stations, or even frying food at home. But when I can I do my best to switch out ingredients without him knowing.

I will search for a recipe of this one. I haven’t tried this at home. This is another way to enjoy eggs instead of the usual hard boiled, scarmbled and suny-side up.

I’m looking forward for that air fryer too… curious!

I’ve been hearing about Egg Benedict, but haven’t really searched how to make it. I will definitely search a recipe and try it for myself. 🙂

For the past 21 days of the Zamboanga Crisis, we often stay in the hospital and we are given a packed lunch/dinner of one viand and rice. So thankful and fortunate that the hospital and to the staff, who we appreciate so much for giving priority to the hospital and thinking also of their safety so they do not need to go out. SO, this was the first time I appreciated the question, “What have you been thinking of eating this week?”
