Friendship Friday, P52{Playtime} and other Friday Memes
The first week of holiday is nearly over. The kids are having a really fun time. They went to the Singapore Art Museum, spent time with their grandparents and cousins and had lots of meals out. I also brought them for their bi-annual dental checkup to see how their teeth were fairing. I’m glad to hear from the dentist that their pearly whites are in relatively good condition and they have been brushing well.
We went to the Tanglin Club on one of our outings and the kids had a blast there playing with in the pool.

Tiger girl is a bit too young to leave unsupervised at the pool so she was restricted to the fountain play area next to the pool. She had her bit of fun running in and out of the fountain and getting totally drenched.

The boys and their cousin having a friendly water game in the baby pool.

The kids were starving after their water play session and happily wolfed down this cute bear face ham and cheese pizza.
Do you kids love playing in water too?

Question Of The Week
What’s the best blog post that you’ve read this week?
This guest post by Regina Moo on Bottomsup blog.
What made it so special?
I love how honest Regina is in the post by relating how her growing up years were for her and how she has survived and grown to be a stronger person overcoming all odds. She also wrote a really touching piece about her own childhood which I personally can relate to coming from divorced parents too.

Looks fun!
R1 doesn’t go to school clinic?

@Shook,
He does but sometimes he doesn’t have the time to go when he needs to due to his recess duty. If the dentist if too busy then she will not be able to attend to him during recess so I still think it is good to bring him down every six month for “preventive” checking.

Looks like they had so much fun in the water. Tiger girl looks so ‘cool’ with her shorts on 🙂 My children love playing in the water also, the downside is that its always such a struggle to get them out.

Awww that pizza was cute. My son has loved the water from the get go. He loved water from his first bath. Now he is into swimming and likes that better than any sport she has tried. I’m going to go check out that best blog post you read this week. Have a wonderful weekend.

My kids would rather live in water than on land! My DS will get out when he’s cold, but my DD will stay in even when her lips are blue. We can’t coax her out, and she’ll sit in the middle with her teeth chattering, refusing to come to the sides so we can grab her, LOL!

My boys LOVE the water they play in it any chance they get. You little girl is just a sweet little doll

You know what gets me all kids just love playing in the water outside, but try to get them in the bathtub to wash and that’s so another story unless you make the tub time like pool time outside. LOL Have a great weekend and see you Monday! woo hoo

your babies are so precious!
June 2, 2012 @ 12:39 pm
first that bear pizza is SUPER cute, I don’t know if i’d have the heart to eat it. lol.
My kids LOVE playing in water. My daughter is a FISH. She hates getting out of the bath, she will turn on the faucet just to wash her hands 20 times a day. It doesn’t matter how cold the water is, if it’s water, she will play for hours! I’m quite excited for this summer and the hotter weather because I just bought the funnest water sprinkler for the kinds to play in! I can’t wait for my little fish to try it out!
Your kiddos are so cute BTW. 🙂
