Yummy Food in Hong Kong
Vegetable Dumplings
Hong Kong is certainly a food paradise. There is such a wide choice of food available as compared to Singapore. While on vacation we had the chance to have Dim sum for brunch. The variety of items there were certainly more and were really yummy.
Fried Spring Onion Pancake
This dish was crispy on the outside and really tasty inside. The kids finished the pancake within minutes after I cut it up into pieces.
I’ll certainly be looking out for the recipe for this dish online so I can replicate it at home 🙂
Fried beancurd skin with meat inside
This dish was really juicy and yummy. It is not something which I would eat on a regular basis but certainly one that was mouth watering.
Rice noodle roll with char siew inside
One of our staple orders when we visit a Dim Sum restaurant- Cheong Fen.
Do you like eating Dim Sum too?

I love dim sum. It is our go-to brunch at least once a week. My favorite is the good ol’ Har Kow.

It all looks delicious. I haven’t been to Hong Kong, however, the funny thing is I thought there was good variety in Singapore.
