Toro Ramen and Udon Soup on a Friday
During the week we went to a Japanese restaurant at Vivo city for some yummy ramen. I have yet to learn how to cook ramen so we have it when we are eating out. It is certainly a dish on my “to learn” list.
Udon Soup noodles with vegetables
We normally cook this once a week at home. I use miso soup base and add in fish cake, crab stickIt is really easy to cook and takes the most 20 minutes to get dinner all cooked.
Do you kids love Ramen or Udon or both?

I love both because they are nice to have on a cold weather. Its even more perfect when paired with a cup of tea.

I remember our trip to HK, my husband insisted that we should eat ramen… all because he has been reading a lot of Anime and Manga comics. 🙂 He said, Ramen is Naruto’s favorite, so we should try! Hahahaha.
Oh, and your dish looks so delicious. I love crab sticks!

I love ramen too. Oh is it difficult to cook ramen? Perhaps I should search for the recipe and try to cook it hehehe~

@Jenn,
the soup base is not easy to make. If I am not mistaken have to boil for a few hours to get a tasty base. Need to read up more on Ramen before I try making it at home. Still haven’t gotten the drive to make BREad this holiday. 🙁

I love to eat ramen! But once I’ve eaten those in Japan, it’s never the same again! Sigh.

Those two dishes looks sumptuous. Ramen is favorite food of an anime character – Naruto Kun 😀

They both look good and delicious. I love miso soup especially when served hot. It’s one of my comfort dishes 🙂
