10 Things I have in My Car
A 3D edible version of our car which I did for Doggie boy’s 2nd birthday back then.
This week the topic was on road trips. We seldom go on road trips as the nearest place that we can travel to is overseas to neighbouring Malaysia. I decided to writer about 10 Things which I have in my car instead.
- Three car seats for each of the kids.
- Korean and Japanese CDs to listen to
- A Street Directory
- GPS for the hubby who doesn’t like to use the street directory.
- Toys and storybooks to occupy the kids.
- Set of clothes for each kid
- Sweaters for the kids as the air-conditioning at malls can be pretty strong.
- Extra diapers and plastic bags.
- Parking coupons to be used at areas which require you to display self perforated coupons.
- A cane to maintain discipline in the car when the kids get too rowdy.

Lots and lots of empty food wrappers! 😛 And a whole lot of blankets in the back in case we break down.

I try to keep extra things in my car too. It doesn’t work, either I get anxi and remove them or I decided that it was getting to be a junk pile and in need of cleaning…I guess I don’t like the whole idea of having too many things in my car- it is a phobia. so good for you that you can keep them put. 🙂

I love you subtle sense of humor. I love maps and husband uses GPS too. I need one of #10 too.

That cake is so cool! You’re prepared for anything in your car, aren’t you? The only things I have in my car at the moment are one car seat (for the Little Dude), a pile of cloth shopping bags, and a brand new snow brush/scraper that never got a chance to be used because of our lack of snow this year. 😉

Eh, clothes and diapers are a good idea! Why didn’t I think of leaving that in the car too? Mosquitoes love me, so usually I have some repellent in the car too, because you never know when you might need it.
I thought the cane was really funny – you got time to whip out the cane ah?? (I guess I drive a lot so I don’t! haha)

@Ed,
Yes…it is strategically placed in between the gear box and the driver seat for easy access when I drive.

Oy! Don’t even ask about my car. I work more than one job and each one has it’s own needs. And that’s not to mention my personal time in the car…which sort of requires a complete clean out! haha
Good post!
