Ramen is the kids favourite food. We have it every week if possible as they love it. It is not easy to boil the stock for the ramen as it takes hours to achieve the rich taste. It is really yummy and I have yet to learn how to create my own soup stock at home.
I guess that I have to do more research before I can attempt making my own ramen stock.
One of our hawker center favourites is this dish- Chai Tow Kuay
( Fried Raddish Cake) . Sometimes they add oysters together with this dish and it becomes an oyster omelette ( Orh Luak).
I don’t eat this that often as it is high in carbs and being deep fried it has way too much calories then I should be taking.
One of my favourite bento- cold noodles, sushi and sashimi. These are some of my favourite Japanese foods which I eat quite often.
