Paella and Chocolate Cake on a Friday

Paella
I have always love to try out dishes from various cuisines. It is really interesting to see how people of different cultures eat. It was the first time that I tried this Spanish rice dish. It was interesting to see rice served in a hot plate for a change. The type of grains used was different from the short grain that we normally eat with Chinese dishes.

Chocolate cake
Chocolate Swiss roll cake. I have yet to bake any Swiss roll and this is certainly something on my list on things to bake 🙂

Oh, another foodie post that made me feel hungry! I’m such a dessert lover so that chocolate cake is really making me drool right now, hahaha! I’m off to washing the laundry after my blog hop but I’m now considering eating some sweets first after reading your post, hihi!

When cooked really well, I love paella. Sometimes, though, cooking it is tricky. So it has really to be perfect. Yours looks really delish! 😀
