Chicken Chop Hor Fun and Wrap on a Friday
Chicken Chop Hor Fun
On the days when I do my grocery/errand runs I grab lunch outside for myself and my kids. We are fortunate here in Singapore to have a really wide variety of food which can be packed . The kids have always had a preference for noodles over rice so I stopped to grab Chicken Chop Hor Fun for them from the hawker centre at Bedok Central. It tasted much better then I expected and for less then $10 for 3 packets it was really worth purchasing.
Chicken Wrap with Salad on the Side
If you are looking for a more fancy Chicken meal then you should try this Chicken Wrap with Salad. I had it for lunch during a girls luncheon. The chicken was really juicy and succulent and the accompanying salad just enough to whet your appetite. It isn’t that pocket friendly though as such a meal will set you back by about $12-$15.

This post makes me yearn for Singapore hawker style “western food”. I loved eating the chicken chop and chicken cutlets and of course deep friend spring chicken.
PS: I am hosting a Bits of Brit giveaway currently(open to Singapore residents only), so I really hope you will enter: http://www.underlockandkeyblog.com/2013/04/bits-of-brit-giveaway.html

I love good Hawker food. We had plenty in Thailand. I never had it in Singapore as we never made to the hawker centers. I love chicken in many ways.
