Monday’s Music Moves Me- June Holiday Edition

Last weekend while on our Sky-Land and Sea Adventure I managed to take several shots of Marina Bay and the Singapore river while we were cruising along. I was lucky that the skies were clear and we were able to enjoy the sunset at the bay.

I like the shot above the best as it really captured the essence of the main commercial area in Singapore where all the banks and large companies have their offices.

I’m looking forward to purchasing my first DSLR camera so that I’ll be able to try out the different functions on a manual camera and improve on my photography skills.

SOC: Spending time with the Kids

I’ve been spending a lot of my time with the kids as it’s the school holidays now. It has been more exhausting then usual trying to keep the kids occupied. We brought them to many different places this week and they had a blast playing and having fun.

Even though there was time spend with the kids together I felt that it was necessary that we spend time one on one with the kids as I can see that all three of them are craving our personalized attention. I don’t want them to grow up being bitter with their siblings as they didn’t get special time with mummy or daddy when they are young.

I feel that it is important for each one of the kids to know that they are special and that I do want to help them develop their potential to the fullest. Starting this month I will be scheduling one on one outing with each kid in order to build up a better bond with all of them.
