Last week we had our third baking class after the last class was cancelled due to the chef falling ill. Last week we made two different types of bread- Victorian Milk loaf and Muesli bread.

The victorian milk loaf freshly out of the oven.

The sliced loaf placed in the plastic container.

The muesli bread with dried apricots and walnuts.
The kids love the Victorian Milk loaf but not the muesli bread.
I too prefer the plain bread as compared to one filled with nuts and fruits.

They look amazing! I’m getting really keen to try and bake bread reading your posts, they all look scrumptious.

I love bread, especially fresah bread right out of the oven. I haven’t ventured into bread making yet, though my Mom keeps pestering me to learn her recipe. I must get on that… Thanks for sharing!!
