At part of Alpha Thursday Letter Q I am writing about the questions my younger boy had recently asked which left me speechless and searching for appropriate answers.
My 4 year old is now much more inquisitive then he was when he was younger.
I was really baffled when he asked me the following
- Why is there a BRA in Zebra? Do they put on Bras? Why is that animal named a Zebra?
- Does the Zebra has breast too that’s why they need bras?
I really wonder how kids that age form associations between objects and their train of thought.

How adorable. My son is now 21 so he mainly just asks what is for dinner.

@La,
I guess as they age they are less inquisitive and are more concerned about their basic needs like food.

Not many these days. But they sure did when they were little. And I had fun answering them, too!

It’s amazing to watch the thought processes at that age, isn’t it?
My grandson is 3 and sometimes I am in awe of his questions…

When my oldest son was little, he used to ask questions like that. One day he asked, “When you close your mouth, do your teeth get scared?”

Those are great questions. There’s nothing like an imaginative mind.

What a fun stop on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday’s letter “Q”.
I had to smile at your sons questions…it reminds me of so many things hat our Grandlittles ask!
Such wonderful years! It sounds like you are enjoying them!
Thank you for linking,
