Writer’s Workshop- Witnessing the Cruxifiction

2350566557 80bd2bcca8 Writers Workshop Witnessing the Cruxifiction

It would be great if we have a time machine and could transverse through time and space.  Unfortunately to date a time machine has yet to be invented or maybe it already exists but I’m not aware of it.

Prompt #2- If you could witness (or take part in) any event in history, what would it be? Why?

I would like to go back in time to when Christ was crucified on the cross. I would like to personally witness his last few hours on earth. I would be great to be able to actually walk alongside with God and partake in his sufferings for mankind.

Christ crucifixion is one of the highlights during the Good Friday mass.  Every year during Good Friday there will be a reenactment of  the stations of the cross leading to the final moments that Jesus drew his last breath on the cross.

I know that there is still a lot of thing I have to learn about my own religion and to learn from Jesus himself would be such an honor.

Which event in history would you
like to witness?

me too never thought of that. I think if I was the crucifixion I would have tried to save Chris or something. I could have not turn away like Peter, or being like Judas. I don’t know I think I would be bein Mary Maddalena :) .

    Thanks for stopping by.

I totally thought about doing this post! As much as I love the Lord and know how difficult it would have been to see that, I would have loved to have been at the Last Supper and seen how his disciples reacted to the events. And the chance to talk with him, would have been amazing. Thanks for sharing. Stopping by from Mama Kat’s-

You picked an amazing moment to witness…I cannot even imagine the immensity of that moment.
