Feel Good Friday – My Smiley Kids

This week has been another roller coaster week for me. Ryan is down with Viral conjunctivitis and has two weeks MC.  It has been really stressful trying to constantly separate the boys from each other as this infection is  highly contagious.  I have to keep on sterilizing and cleaning the toys that they commonly play with to prevent the one from infecting the other.

We had been busy bringing Ryan from one doctor to another and finally a specialist when it seemed that his eye wasn’t getting any better with the different medications given.  The good thing is that he is still as cheery as normal and can even smile and post for this picture.

I am happy that I finally got to sit and watch Roy swim during his swim class. The previous sessions his grandparents brought him swimming as I was confined to the house with Riona as she was less then a month’s old and I was still in my confinement period.  He was like a little doggie so eager to get into the swimming pool and he really enjoyed his swimming lesson with his swim instructor. He can now swim with the aid of a kick board and is no long afraid of putting his head underwater.

I am glad to see my little girl start smiling at me when I call her name and talk to her. She looks so uber cute with her toothless smile and chubby cheeks.

How has your week been?

    I love it when my girls are sick AND happy. It makes everything easier.

    I miss the chubby cheeks and toothless smile. Our girl got teeth at 3 months. 1 every 3 weeks. She looked kind of funny being so little with a mouth full of teeth.

      @Dollycas,
      I too hope that his eye will clear up soon and that he will be able to go back to school soon.
