Roti prata is one of the kids favourite foods. The boys love eating it and they sometimes have it with sugar instead of curry if the curry is too spicy for them. We love to eat it freshly made even though there is the frozen option which we could warm up and eat at home. Nothing tastes as good as a freshly made prata.
This is a dish that I have been making for myself lately. In a bid to eat more healthily I am making different salads to eat during the weekdays for my lunch. Hopefully it will help in my weight lost regime.
I’ve always love dessert and sweet treats. Here are some of the items which I usually order if we are out for tea.
Waffles is one of my personal favourite. It is best served with ice-cream and fruit. I do try to make waffles for the kids at home when I get the time as we have a waffle maker. I normally have it with a fruity smoothie or iced tea.
The other dessert which I like to order when we visit a Chinese restaurant is this Mango Sago dessert. There is mango, sago, beancurd skin and strawberries in this cold dessert. I have yet to learn how to make this savoury dessert and it’s certainly on my ” to make” list.
