Yesterday I had a baking marathon. I baked 2 butter cakes and 20 chocolate cupcakes for R’s office. We decided to bake our own 1st month cakes for Riona as it will cut down the cost which would have been incured if we were to purchase them and they may not be as tasty.

They were.. Hb said the cakes were all “sold out” within 1/2 hr when he served them during afternoon tea yesterday.
