Cupcakes and Cookies on a Friday

I have always loved baking sweet treats. I like trying out baking items which I see on pinterest and via my FB stream. Recently I saw some lovely cupcake shoes and I thought it was a neat project to try out. It didn’t look too challenging and was something which I felt was doable. Don’t they look lovely. My friends were glad to receive them for tea.
M & M Cookies
The kids had cravings for cookies and wanted chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Unfortunately we ran out of chocolate chips at home so I substituted it with the M & M chocolates which we had in the fridge instead. They tasted yummy!!

I will check out on this brand on supermarket. It is the first time I heard about this brand and I would try this.

they were delicious .. my friends enjoyed the cupcakes and the kids ate up every single piece of the M& M cookies.. I enjoyed watching them eat.. didn’t take any as am still trying to lose weight 🙂

That is pretty cool. I think if I get the high heel cup cake I would just stare at it and wont eat it, that’s how good it looks!

I didn’t use any toppers for the cupcakes.. It was a two different types of biscuits being added to the cupcake so it looks like a shoe/slipper 🙂

sometimes baking is actually therapeutic for me. it gives me something to look forward to every weekend. those cookies and cupcakes look yummy.

When I first saw the pics of the cupcakes I thought it was slippers. hahaha… silly eyes. anyway they all look yummy.
