I haven’t been taking that many pictures lately since we returned from our Taiwan trip. Here is a shot of a bee resting on a flower which I managed to see while at the Sun Moon Lake. It was really good to stop and observe my surrounds that day or else I would have missed the opportunity to take such a shot. Many times we get so caught up with the daily chores and tasks that we do not have time to sit down and admire the flowers. I’m glad that I had the chance to do so this month.

We can find that there are lots of wonders in our life if we spend time to really appreciate what we have and not take them for granted. I’m glad that I have headed the call to read more of the bible and am striving to read it everyday. Now that we are into the month of Lent there is even more reason to strengthen my bond with GOD.

1. What was the first live concert you ever attended?
It would be Sammi Chung Live in Concert in the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

2. What colors look best on you?
I would think blue or red.

3. What is one thing about you that most people wouldn’t know?

I enjoy learning new languages and only started speaking Cantonese after getting to know R.

4. Who would you call to be bailed out of jail?
Definitely R or my dad.

5. What do you think is the greatest invention of your lifetime and why?

It would be the IPAD. It really makes going online very easy when we are out and also has lots of great apps to occupy both the kids and us.

Outsource House Cleaning for Peace of Mind

Ever feel overwhelmed by the number of household chores that you have to get done each week? I do at times. Getting a part time maid from “Maid Service Fairfax VA would be able to solve this problem for me.

Looking after 3 kids can be extremely tiring. By the end of the day there is little energy to handle all the household chores that have to be done and many a times certain corners of the house get badly neglected. Getting a cleaning lady in once a week would certainly give me peace of mind.

Within 4 hrs my toilets will be cleaned and disinfected, kitchen appliances wiped and cleaned, floors of the various rooms of the house vacuumed and mopped.

The laundry would be done for me and I just have to keep away the neatly folded clothes instead of leaving them in a pile on the sofa in the hall. I could even get the curtains taken down and packed so that I can easily drop them off at the dry cleaners and get them washed.

If there are more then one cleaning lady coming in at the same time the whole house could even been cleaned from top to bottom within 2hrs or lesser.

Having a cleaning lady come in would certainly save me a lot of time and effort to keep the house clean. It would also ensure that my house is kept presentable if any friends or relatives were to suddenly drop by.
