Writer’s Workshop: A Thanksgiving Message
There are many things which I am grateful for this Thanksgiving. Most of all I’m thankful that GOD has bestowed so many gifts upon me and he is looking out for me all the time.
I am thankful that
- Everyone in the family is healthy. Even though the kids do come down with the cough and cold now and then but it’s part and parcel of them growing up.
- I have a roof over my head and food on the table.
- I am able to work from home and be there for the kids this year.
- I am surrounded by family and friends who have my best interest at heart.
- I am able to pursue my passions and hobbies.
- The kids are happy and are enjoying their childhood.
- I get to travel several times a year to different places with the family.
- My dreams and goals for this year has all but come true . ( All came true if you discount the weight lost goal which I am STILL working on)

Life is tough. But I don’t mind about it because I’m still lucky that my family are all safe and we’re all intact as one. Alhamdulillah. Thanks be to God 🙂

Wonderful post. It is always good to give thanks. I have been through a lot of challenges in recent years but I still have a lot to give thanks for. I thank God for the good years I had with my identical twin sister. I am thankful that I have been blessed with the talent to write and it has been rather therapeutic for me. I also give thanks for the wonderful friends and relatives that have been so supportive. Take care and enjoy the rest of your week.

What a lovely photo. I am thankful for most of the sames things on your list too. There is really nothing more important than the love and health that I received from my family.
There are always moments of venting and disappointment, but if I sit down and take a breath, I know I am very lucky to have what I have today.
Happy Thanksgiving and have a wonderful weekend.

Bless your heart, lovely girl.
I am blessed in my life as well. It seems so important to look at the blessings rather than the burdens of our lives.
And my list is soooo long I will just say that many of mine are the same as yours!
Thanks for an amazingly sweet link for the letter “A”.
