My Baking Adventure ( Part One)
Last weekend I started on my first bread making class. Here are the baguette done by some of my classmates.
Here is my baguette which is done using the couche method. It has a more “Rustic” look.

I would love to take a baking class! I love eating fresh bread, but I’m intimidated by the whole kneading/rising/punching down part. I really need a class 😛

The first photo of the baguette looks so good! I am also thinking of embarking on baking bread, except the lazy mom method, using a bread maker. Thinking of heading over the stores this weekend to look for a decent bread maker, keeping my fingers crossed that it will not end up a white elephant for the home!

I just love the smell and taste of homemade bread! These look just like you find in the store, but soo much better for you, when you make it yourself.

I love waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread. We have a bread making machine, but I don’t use it as often as I like to, unfortunately.
