Stack Up Fun and Crashing Out
Last week we brought the boys to a Charcoal Grill Korean BBQ restaurant. We haven’t had Korean food in awhile and it seemed a good idea to try out this branch as they had a mini play area for kids. However I wasn’t too pleased with the play equipment which they had. There were just two mini slides and a TV viewing area where a cartoon VCD was bring played.
Trust the boys to come up with various ways of entertaining themselves.

Haha, I would have fun stacking those chairs, too! Sometimes it is refreshing to see kids having this kind of creative fun rather than being glued to handheld devices wherever they go.

@Buckeroomama,
HI-5!! I too am opposed to letting kids have handheld games like PSP to entertain the kids during mealtimes outside.

They sure are creative! My kids would just watch the cartoon.

@Daddy Forever,
My kids are not really into watching cartoons. You be surprised what stuns they pull on a daily basis.

Aha! That is quite creative! You would think they could throw a little something more. Like colouring books or something…

Wow! Looks cool seeing those chairs being stacked up nicely!
Btw, thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience in my traumatising play date post. I hope we’ll overcome this soon!

they are very enterprising lil’ dudes! I’d rather have them being creative & physical than glued to a tv or game boy. (this was the first year I saw turkey chicks up close too, they are so comical!)

Knowing how to have fun anywhere is an art most adults have forgotten! 😀
