1. Do you apologize to your kids?
If it is my mistake I would apologize to them.
2. What color are your nails right now?
Its Au Natural now as I really don’t have the time for repainting my nails as they will surely get chipped as I go about with the household chores and the baby.
3. When you were growing up, how difficult was it for you to stay home from school sick? (As in, did you have to vomit or just say “I don’t feel good”.)
I seldom stayed home from school sick unless I was down with the fever or something really serious.Ā I guess I was rather healthy as a kid back then.
4. When is the last time you bought a new comforter for your bed?

We don’t really use a comforter as hubby and I love towel type blankets which are lightweight and keep us cozy in our air-con room.
5. Favorite website(s)?
There are so many websites which I really enjoy visiting besides the usual – Facebook and online newspapers which I read.
Here are some which I blogged about in a previous post on –My Top 10 Commentors
My Questions this Week
- What type of fish do you usually cook?
- How do you cook them? Any recipes to share?

If it’s salmon, I grill it – LOVE grilled salmon! š
Another favorite (one that hubby absolutely loves and I’ll probably be making it tonight) I’ll squeeze some fresh lemon juice on Tilapia or Haddock then sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, bake it for about 15 or 20 minutes (350 or 375 degrees, depending on your oven) then mix cream sherry with cream of celery soup and pour over the fish until it’s covered, then cover that with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle paprika over top, bake for an additional 15 minutes until the fish flakes easily and/or the cheese is melted an bubbly. Serve it over Jasmine rice – yum! š
Have a great weekend! š

I usually cook tuna, fish sticks, perch and it’s usually frozen oh and I cook salmon too. I put my salmon in the oven with sprayed on butter and brown sugar. mmmmm yummy! Hubby uses lemon, but I don’t like it. I have a Thursday’s Recipe Swap Meet if you’d ever like to stop by or share. Hope to see you there. Have a great weekend. Already following.

1) I like steam fish a lot with rice paper, we go out to get it most of the time.
2) The two types of fish I like are steamed and sate – I don’t know how and wouldn’t want to cook it myself, I can’t find fresh fish around.

Wow, it finally dawned on me that I didn’t go all the way to posting the comment. I just previewed it and thought it was done. Oh the things that you learn. Yes, I know I posted comment before here, but somehow, it flew over my head this time. LOL
1) The family likes clay pot basa fish, it is very yummy.
2) I think I need to do a recipe on it soon.
