This weekend we went to watch  The Twilight Saga : Eclipse. It is the 2nd movie which we watched in the series. The action was quite slow going as it was more a romantic story then an action one.  We originally wanted to watch Toy Story 3 but were not able to get the tickets at the ticketing booth at the last minute. Maybe when Toy Story 3 comes out on DVD I will rent it to watch.

Eclipse is the 3rd out  the 4 part Twilight Saga series.  The story revolves around Bella who is torn between her love for Edward (the vampire) and Jacob (the werewolf). In this installment the vampires and werewolves work together to protect Bella and ware of the new vampires who invaded Forks.

There are quite a lot of kissing scenes in the show and it is definitely not a show which I would want my kids to be watching as it doesn’t reflect well on the values which I want to instill on them as individuals who are able to respect the opposite sex and not indulge in kissing and petting outside marriage.

R and I found the movie a bit draggy and would certainly be more entertaining if we were able to watch Toy Story 3 as earlier planned. Maybe we will be able to catch that movie next week?
