{Photo Story Friday}- Garden By The Bay

A few weeks ago while we went to the National Orchid Congress I too the opportunity to take a sneak peak at the Garden By The Bay. This place is not open to public yet at there are many parts still under renovation.

To get to the place we had to cross the sky bridge from Marina Bay Sands hotel  to the garden.

The bridge is build across a major highway with heavy traffic flowing in both directions.

The Singapore Flyer can be seen to the left of the bridge together with Benjamin Shears Bridge.

Keppel Harbour can be seen from the left. It’s one of the biggest container port in Asia.

The lake surrounding the park

The lake around the garden. As you can see certain parts are still under construction.

One of the turfs in the garden. Doesn’t it look very serene?

Tiger Girl @Dominique's Desk

This week we brought Tiger Girl to the  20th World  Orchid Congress. She was fascinated by the flowers around her and wanted to grab the camera to snap the pictures herself.  See what this little girl did when I turned the camera on her instead and tried to get her to pose for some shots.
