Last weekend was a rather stressful one as I was busy searching high and low for Tiger girl’s shoe. She has been learning how to walk and needed to wear her one and only pair of shoes out. I could only find the right shoe even though I’ve search the whole shoe cabinet where we kept all the shoes. I kept on thinking where the other shoe could be and was certain that it should be somewhere in the house. However the shoe went missing till I found it among the toys in the boy’s room this morning. Whew!! Shoe is finally found.

Whole house.. the house needs a spring clean before the new year.

2. What food makes you think of Christmas?

Chocolate log cakes and cookies make me think of Christmas.

3. If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be?

I think it would be 21 years old. I’ll be legally old enough and able to support myself.

4. What was your first paying job?

It would have been the accounts executive part time job which I got during the university holidays back then.

5. Have you read the Twilight series?

No I haven’t . I have seen some of the shows though.. Quite interesting.

Thankful Thoughts and Music

Dominique Thoughts Monday Music Moves Me, thankful weekend

Thanksgiving is not widely celebrated here in Singapore. However I’m joining in this weekend hop as there is a lot that I am thankful for.

First of all I’m thankful to be able to go to the National Orchid Congress last week and see such lovely displays like those captured on photo above.

I’m thankful

that I am able to spend this year home with the kids. Taking care of them and witnessing all Tiger girl and her milestones.
Everyone has been in relatively good health this year and I hope that we will remain healthy in 2012 too.
Hugs and kisses from the kids and R and hearing from them say ” I love you”.
being able to remove a lot of negative elements from my life ~ toxic relationships and negative thinking.
for being given the opportunity to place my family first instead of being thrown into the rat race.
for all the help given to me by my parents and MIL. Handling 3 kids on my own has been really tiring and more so since R has been flying all so often.
spending time on my hobbies- blogging and cooking/baking.
that everything that needs fixing up/renovated at home has been done.

As most of you already know I love listening to Korean Pop music. I’m thankful that I get to listen and watch one of my favourite groups 2PM via internet.
