Healthy Eating for Kids
Earlier on in this week Ryan came home from school with these two triangles. He proudly showed them off to me and exclaimed that the food on the orange triangle were healthy food while the foods on the yellow triangle were unhealthy.
” Mummy we should eat more fruits and vegetables to be strong and health!” he said. I nodded in agreement.
“Ryan, then you shouldn’t eat so many sweets, McDonalds nuggets & fries and cheezels then since you know that they are unhealthy” I said
“Noo… they are very tasty and I should also eat them,” he replied.
