Writer’s Workshop-To do it over again

(A cake which I baked two years ago)

This week for my entry for Mama Kat’s Writer’s workshop I will be writing on the topic- #1 To Do It Again.

There are many things which I wouldn’t change for the world however on the topic of to do it again here are some items which I hope that I was able to complete/do if I was given the chance.

1. Take a course on Adobe Illustrator/Computer designing. It is taking an awful long time self studying this software but hopefully I will get much better at this in time to come.
2. Learn and take up courses in baking/ cooking so that I am able to increase the number of dishes and types of food I am able to cook.
3. Complete  and obtain at least a Level 3 in Japanese.
4. Get TOFEL certified so I will be able to teach English as a second language overseas.

What would you have done differently if you had a chance?
