Fill me in Friday- End April Edition.

It has been a long week. The washing machine broke down and I had to manually wash the clothes and it was really exhausting just wringing dry the individual pieces.
I really wonder how people in the past were able to do such washing on a daily basis. Well I guess there were lesser distractions last time as there was no internet.
It would definitely be this baby- Volkswagen Golf GTI. The price of this car here in Singapore is absolutely ridiculous- SGD $200K (USD $165,ooo). However I can foresee that I won’t be able to drive it on a regular basis as there is no way I can fit all the kids and their car seats inside.

It would certainly have been the time that I was in high school. I went on a date with a guy from music camp and he spent the whole lunch date (2hours )talking about religion and trying quoting passages from the bible as reference. No doubt I do believe that there is a GOD and am a Christian but talking about scripture during a date is a real turn off for me. Since then I make sure I screen the guys that I go out with to see that there is no “hidden conversion agenda”.

Hmm I’m not sure. I guess just being able to be fair to my children while they do things I remember when I was a child and saw waht I would do.
ALoha!

@JamericanSpice,
It’s never easy being fair to the kids.. I too find it difficult at times especially when I find myself leaning toward being more slack with the younger kids as compared to the older ones.

This is going to be a corny answer, but my greatest achievement was giving birth to my little miracle girl! 🙂

@Stacy,
that’s really a great achievement. I know it’s certainly not easy to give birth to kids. We had a hard time before our #1 came along.
