Time really flies very fast. Ryan is now 5!! This year I had a challenge from him. All the while he has been very interested in Thomas the train and I was planning on making him a train cake for his birthday but at the last minute he asked for a Chocolate fudge Lightning McQueen cake instead. It took me a Saturday morning but I managed to fulfill his wish.

Tomorrow will be Part 2of his birthday celebrations as we will have another cake cutting session in his school.
