Today I received a e-mail from a subscriber about Alkaline Food did some research and was fascinated by what I found.

Interesting…maybe I need to eat more cucumbers, although I don’t think I could handle any of those alfalfa grasses…yuck!

Cucumbers are COOL.. there is a double purpose- if you can’t finish eating it can use it for a cucumber facial
