Meet Me on Monday- End March Edition

It’s the start of the weekend again and time for another session of Meet me on Monday. Here are the questions which Java has asked.

Questions:

1.  Crunchy or soft tacos?

I like crunchy tacos. We seldom eat tacos as the ingredients are rather costly over here. I normally eat tacos if we happen to go to a western restaurant.

2.  Do you scrapbook?

I used to do scrapbooking however nowadays I do mainly digital scrapbooking as it is easier and more cost effective. I print out  certain  digital pictures and paste in the kids own photo journal though to mark the various milestones they have achieved.

3.  Do you take any daily medications?

No I don’t. I do try to take multivitamins daily if I do remember.

4.  What is your favorite sound?
It would be listening to K-POP on the radio at the moment.

5.  Where were you born in?

I’m born in Singapore. We are still living there now.

I just stumbled over this new meme at another blog and decided to join it too this Monday as it gives me the positive vibes.

  1. R is back home after being on a 3 week work trip. The kids  and I are extremely happy to see Daddy home.
  2. We are finally getting something done about our kitchen.  I hoping to get the sink and cabinets fixed by June the latest.
  3. Holiday plans for this year are being finalized. I’m really hopeful that I will be able to visit all the places I written down on my list.
  4. I managed to meet up with an old pal from Uni. It has been nearly 10 years since we were both students. She still looks the same..as pretty as ever. The kids really enjoyed themselves playing together.
  5. One of  girlfriend just delivered her #3 boy. He’s a really chubby baby at 3.8kg.  It will be really fun when we next have a group meet up as most of us are now mother of three.
  6. I’m halfway through an e-book which I started to read last week – “150 ways to keep your wife happy” which I will be reviewing once I am done.
  7. I’m really thinking of doing Bentos this week for R and the boys. After reading through the books for the past week I’m ready to do some experimenting.
  8. I’m going to add in more me-time this week.. stealing minutes to do facials and manicures. I’m sure R won’t mind me making an attempt to look good for him.:P
  9. I’m working with a new routine for the kids. I will be adding in bible reading and activities weekly to add to their spiritual nurturing.
  10. I’ve been rather lax at teaching the kids Japanese and we stopped at naming family members for a while. Now that the boys are rather proficient in that I think it’s time to move on to Months/Days. I will have to start making new flashcards for them.
