The Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, Singapore (Located opposite Parkway Parade Shopping Centre, East Coast)   is having a Royal Gala night on the 17th of October. For S$88 per person you will be able to enjoy a lavish 6-course meal at their award-winning Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant chef, with wine pairings for each sumptuous course.

For a foodie like me I feel that it is a good opportunity to indulge in some fine dining. Just look at the pictures of the mouth watering food that would be served at the dinner. Yummy!!
