Vegetable Dumplings

Hong Kong is certainly a food paradise. There is such a wide choice of food available as compared to Singapore. While on vacation we had the chance to have Dim sum for brunch. The variety of items there were certainly more and were really yummy.

Fried Spring Onion Pancake

This dish was crispy on the outside and really tasty inside. The kids finished the pancake within minutes after I cut it up into pieces.

I’ll certainly be looking out for the recipe for this dish online so I can replicate it at home 🙂

Fried beancurd skin with meat inside

This dish was really juicy and yummy. It is not something which I would eat on a regular basis but certainly one that was mouth watering.

Blogathon Weekend- June 2014

Nano Cats- Hello Kitty and Good luck cat

It’s a kick off at the biannual Blogathon. This is the 2nd time that I am participating this year. In Dec 2013 I challenged myself to increase my activity level on Google + and since then it has been a great learning experience.

This time around I will be doing the following

– Taking part in at least one Twitter party online.

– Planning my blogging calendar for the coming month of July

– Finish up a book review

– Take part in the mini challenge Get organized with these must do weekly blog task and configure my twitter handle. I am to do up some old post and also pull out some old travel post for listing on my travel page.

– I’m also doing the old challenge of filling up the description for my categories.
