It has been a long week. The washing machine broke down and I had to manually wash the clothes and it was really exhausting just wringing dry the individual pieces.

I really wonder how people in the past were able to do such washing on a daily basis. Well I guess there were lesser distractions last time as there was no internet.

1. If you could buy any car, money not an option, what would it be?

2010 VW Golf Sportline
It would definitely be this baby- Volkswagen Golf GTI. The price of this car here in Singapore is absolutely ridiculous- SGD  $200K (USD $165,ooo). However I can foresee that I won’t be able to drive it on a regular basis as there is no way I can fit all the kids and their car seats inside.

2. What was your worst first date ever?

It would certainly have been the time that  I was in high school. I went on a date with a guy from music camp and he spent the whole lunch date (2hours )talking about religion and trying  quoting passages from the bible as reference. No doubt I do believe that there is a GOD and am a Christian  but  talking about  scripture during a date is a real turn off for me. Since then I make sure I screen the guys that I go out with to see that there is no “hidden  conversion agenda”.

3. How old were you when you fell in love for the first time?

I met R when I was 17 yrs old.

4. When was the last time you reconciled your checkbook?
I seriously don’t really use a checkbook and have switched to Internet banking for the convenience.

5. If you were going to fashion a “Wanted” Ad for a best friend, how would you word it?

Wanted- Kid loving, understanding and thoughtful.

I recenltly found another meme through the blogs that I read in my Google reader and decided to join along.

1. I love to be able to travel to Germany or even Korea this year but it’s hard to say given the tight schedule we have this year.

2. Nothing can get to you if you have the right attitude and a smile.

3. It’s how you plan and execute the it to get your desired results.

4. If you have any negative or nasty words/gossip don’t tell me! (I’m not interested to know.)

5. Well, would you come over right here now instead of me having to call you 100 times to come and clear your mess each time.

6.  I have never seen any spring peepers before. Have you? I heard that it was some sort of a frog.

7 And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to not waking up so early tomorrow , tomorrow my plans include settling the renovation works for our kitchen and Sunday, I want to go shopping for new makeup!

My Question this Week
What has been your greatest achievement as a parent?
