What’s inside an egg? During our playgroup session (E is for EGG) we played with different types of eggs- fresh, hard boiled and jelly eggs. It was fun to the kids eyes light up when they discovered that the 3 eggs they had were different inside. They learned that they cannot judge an item by it’s external coverings.
I feel as a parent I should teach my child not to be rash in his judgement based on external factors but to see the total picture first before making any decision.

Today for our playgroup session we had pizza baking. I prepared the ingredients- sausages, bell peppers, mozerella cheese, diced tomatoes, tomato puree, pizza dough and canned pineapples before the class started. The kids had fun. Even Roy enjoyed himself putting the sausages onto the rolled out pizza dough. It was a food fiesta day as they savoured chocolate ice-cream while waiting for the pizzas to be baked.
