Fancy Some Cool Lightings for your Dining Room?

Meyda Chandeliers

Lighting plays an essential part in the ambiance of a room. Having the right type of lighting could make the room more posh and inviting to you and your guest. It also would aid in setting the mood for the evening. The correct lighting not only brightens up the room it can also enhance the focal point of the room to make it more outstanding. If the lighting itself is the focal point it could be used to tie in all the different element/furnishings of the room so that it all blends together stylishly.

Meyda Tiffany chandeliers are the type of lighting which I would choose for my dining room. It would look perfect above my six  seater  marble table.  It would certainly give it a touch of sophistication and match any formal dinner settings which I may have set on the table.  The chandelier would also make a good conversation starter piece if we do have guest over for dinner on special occasions.

If having a chandelier is not your style or you find it too cumbersome to maintain  there is the option of having a more classic look with Meyda Tiffany lamp lighting.   The simple design would blend into any decor and give it a more casual feel than the opulence from a chandelier. The classic look is timeless and can suit the most modern or chic decor.

Which type of lighting then will you be choosing for your dining room?

P52 -{A Great Leap}

2012 is turning out to be a interesting  year. Even though only 2 months out of 12 has passed I have seen quite a stark change in the kids.

One of the biggest change is that Tiger girl is now self feeding. She can’t wait to use her set of spoon and bowl like a regular “big kid” and refuses to let me feed her during meals.  Even though at 17 months old I still feel that she is not really that ready to use both the spoon and fork on her own but I have let her have her way as it will certainly make her more independent.

Feeding myself

Have you or your kids made any great leaps recently?
