Driving Hello Kitty

A few weeks ago while out for lunch Tiger girl was drawn to this kiddy ride while we were window shopping. She simply had to take a ride inside. She had so much fun playing with the steering wheel that she kicked up a big fuss when it was time to leave.

You know when my boy started to notice this type of rides, my husband and I would place him in and just let him sit inside for a while. We NEVER put any coins inside so Ben always thought it’s just stationary… until one day, a parent put coins to the ride next to ours… and the thing started moving and Ben looked at us curiously…. needless to say, since then, we had to put coins and let him sit but selective type of rides also as we don’t want him to get use to all this rides 😛
Love your new blog look btw! 🙂

The success of the Hello Kitty franchise is phenomenal. I remember when it first came out… and now over 30 years later, it’s still going strong!

She is just so cute in that ride! I’m amazed that she didn’t freak out when she saw that giant Hello Kitty staring at her on the passenger side. I know when I tried to get E to ride on something similar, she totally didn’t want to go near it since the character scared her 🙂

@Jen,
My little girl loves these kiddy car rides. Especially those with a small steering wheel inside. I guess that she’s the gungho type who takes after her two elder brothers. She even stands and turns the wheel while the ride is moving.
