Music Moves Romantically Me Monday
It’s Monday and I’m kinda blue as R has flown off on a 3 week long business trip.
This week I’m sharing a classic Chinese Duet about Star Crossed Lovers-by Gary Cao
Here is another classic Chinese Love Song by Jay Chau

Now those were really adorable. I was pleasantly surprised how they made me feel in such a romantic way even though I didn’t understand a word. Great pick this week girlfriend. Thanks for playing along with us. Hope to see you next week too.

Those are very pretty I have to agree with Stacy. Thanks for sharing, and I’m already following you. I love your songs each week. I sell my CD’s in Japan also. Have a great day.

These are very good! Even though I can’t understand the language, it doesn’t matter. It’s like you know the words.

@JamericanSpice,
they say that music transends the language barrier. Glad you like my picks this week.

I really should listen to more Chinese music… *sigh* Somehow I just can’t “get” into them; maybe because I don’t understand more than half the words…?

@Buckeroomama,
I too wasn’t really into Chinese music when I was a kid but gradually grew to enjoy it as a teenager. I even started learning cantonese when I met R and now am dabbling into K-POP even though I still don’t understand 90% what they are singing about.. I just love the melody and the beats.
