Random Thoughts Tuesday- Paint Me Green

randomtuesday

I have been seeing a lot of GREEN lately. I guess since Roy’s 4th birthday is around the corner on the 13th of December.  Yesterday we got him this Froggie harness as I needed one to keep him safe when we go out. He can be a real handful and I’m not taking any chances of him running off and getting himself injured  when we go out. It is already technically challenging carrying the baby in the carrier/sling while having my hands on him and Ryan while navigating the shopping malls or supermarket.

I too have the Goldbug Bear harness which grandma keeps in her car for him to use when he goes on outings with her.

Another GREEN item we have been looking at is the BEN 10 cakes which he wants for his birthday.

I have been seeing my Greenbags($$$) fly this month as we will be bringing the kids on vacation next month. Accommodation is not cheap now that it is considered the peak holiday season. Unfortunately we do not have a choice of going for vacation during the off peak season due to our work commitments.

We have decided that the only GREEN thing that we will use in decorating our house this Christmas would be the  tabletop Christmas Tree which rotates and plays Jingle Bells when switched on.

I do not have GREEN fingers. I think the pot of flowers that was gifted to me is slowly dying out. I’ve no interest whatsoever in gardening and keeping things (other then humans) alive.

Last week I took part in this meme – Meet Me on Monday. I’m joining again this week as it’s really fun doing it.

Questions:

1.  What is your favorite way to eat chicken? As a chicken patty or as chicken nuggets. I really don’t like peeling meat apart from the bones in chicken wings and other parts of the chicken. My favourites are KFC Zinger burger and Hainanese Chicken Rice.

2.  Have you decorated for Christmas yet?

Nope. I haven’t decorated as yet and we do not really decorate the house for Christmas. We just put out the table top (already decorated) mini Christmas tree.

3.  What is your favorite article of clothing?

I don’t have a particular item which I must wear. However I do like the pyjamas by Paul Frank. I have matching sets with the boys.
4.  Do you pay your bills online or write checks the old way?

I pay for most of the bills online or through direct deduction. However I still write checks for certain items which are not able to be paid online.

5.  Do you make Christmas cookies?

Yes. I normally bake chocolate chip cookies for friends and relatives for Christmas.
