Super Junior Music Moves Me~Hands Up!

It has been  raining cats and dogs this morning. The weather has been absolutely crazy. It could be bright and shiny one minute and a pouring thunderstorm minutes later. Luckily  during the weekends the boys managed to attend their weekly swimming lessons and it wasn’t affected by the weather. They would have been devastated if the lesson got cancelled.

Here is one of my favourite Korean boy group Super Junior singing their latest hit to perk up this gloomy Monday morning.

I’m glad that this meme is back. I really enjoy doing it and here are my answers to this weeks questions.

1. The best part of waking up each day is __________?
Seeing the smiles on the face of my kids when they wake up and see me.

2. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
That would certainly be 21 years young 😛
3. Red or Green Apples?
Red. I never fancy Green apples as they taste sour to me.
4. Do you forgive easily?
I try to be more forgiving but it hasn’t been that easy for me. I guess it would depend on who the person is and what the issue is about.
5. If you could live in any home on a television series, which would it be?

It would be the home that Wu Zhun stayed in on Sunshine Angel. It’s a real wired house with a personal elevator and rooftop swimming pool. Just check out the video below.

Stream of Consciousness Sunday: October Madness

#SOCsunday

It has been a rather busy week with relatives in town for a visit. It was really great meeting up with SIL as I haven’t seen her for the past 4.5 years.  The last time she came down for a visit was when Doggie boy was born. This time she specially made a trip over from the USA to see Tiger Girl.   The kids really love having their aunt around and bonded with her almost immediately.  We are hoping when the kids are much older we will be able to  bring them over to USA to visit her one day.

I’ve been looking at the calendar and feeling really short of time. The year 2011 is coming to a close in about three months time and there are still so many things to be done.
I’ve yet to really learn and add new dishes to my cooking repretoire, the Japanese cirriculumn is still undone as I get sidetracked as I focus more on English and Mandarin with them.

Another factor is that there is simply too many holidays in October. The kids had 1.5 days off this week. They will be having another 4 days due to PSLE marking and 1 more day due to Deepavali. That’s a grand total of 6.5days SCHOOL FREE days which I have to plan alternatives for.  It will certainly be eating into my scheduled time for activities which I had earlier plan to complete on my own based on my October goals.. talk about plans fizzling into smoke!!
