TT-Potty Training

The past few weeks we have been going full swing ahead with Roy’s Potty training. Roy has been a bit more responsive this time around.

He is able to stay relatively dry during the day and is able to let us know most of the time that he needs to use the potty. However I still need to constantly remind him every hour if he needs to use the potty.

I have actually been trying to get him diaper free since he was 2yrs old but he has been rather apprehensive  and not cooperative. I  felt that it was no point pushing him to be toilet trained at that time as he wasn’t mentally ready. It would only cause him and me to be stressed up.

This time around we decided to re-start potty training after he turned 3 years old. My target is to get him fully potty trained by June if possible.

TT- My Train Set

Thomas the Train Toy Set

We bought this huge train set for the boys as their Christmas present. Ryan managed to assemble the set by himself by following the instructions on the box. He extended the train set but including certain parts of the other train set which he has that was compatible with the new set. Here in this picture you can see him hard at “play “.

I’m really impressed at his devotion for Thomas the Train Engine and friends. He had been interested in these trains since he was 2yrs old and still am happy playing with his train sets daily.

End of Year Concert- Part 1

During the weekend we were invited to the boy’s annual x’mas concert. They had a few performances that night. Here are some videos which I managed to take of them performing on stage.

TT- Tackling the Inbox

Today I did a major spring cleaning. I managed to clean out  my inbox. It feels like a great achievement as I had many outstanding e-mails and tasks to do. I took the chance to also spruce up my e-mail accounts by  unsubscribing from feeds and newsletter subscriptions which I hardly had time to read. They were clogging up my inbox and it was taking way too much time just filtering through to get to the important mails.

It is very easy to get caught up with the e-mails that other tasks which I need to do online get sideline.  It can be also a great time waster going through the hundreds/ thousands of e-mails from my various e-mail accounts.

My aim is to get everything streamlined to maximise the time I need to spend online. This would free up my time to spend on my other interests and ventures.

Have you achieved Inbox Zero today?
