Last week the boys requested to eat ice-cream mooncakes. Mooncakes are normally for sale in August to September as Mooncake festival falls in September. I came across a simple recipe online for jelly-ice-cream mooncake and we decided to try it out.
The ice-cream mooncake could do with more ice-cream. We may try making them again this weekend and use more ice-cream this time around.
